We have an experienced and talented team of designers that take pride in being innovative to deliver successful solutions. Their expertise coupled with computer aided design (CAD) assists with the creation or modification for any packaging or design type. Die Making

With over 59 years of experience, our foundation has been built on the excellence of diemaking. The skill and expertise of our diemakers combined with the latest technologies ensures our engineering is to perfection.

Die Cutting

We have in house flatbed presses that are ideal for small production runs. We offer a one stop shop from design, die manufacture and die cutting for all your packaging requirements.

Laser Cutting

We provide a specialised cutting service focusing on plastics, wood and numerous other textiles. Operating with two industrial lasers we offer capabilities ranging from one off prototypes through to large volume runs.

Laser Engraving

Endless personalised applications across wood, metal, acrylic, laminates and much more. We can provide solutions from single parts through to large production runs.

I have been doing business with PDLC since March 2020, this was in line with the arrival of our new packaging machinery. It so happened that Simon and Pete were able to visit me in Wellington within a week of first contact. In the time they spent here they shared a wealth of knowledge. They took away the specifications of the machine and worked out how we would need all our tooling made. This was for the knives themselves but also the stripping tools and creasing counters. For me this was invaluable as we had relied on cylinder machines for all our die-cutting up to then and moving to an auto platen was a bit of a step outside of my comfort zone. Since then the service I have received has been first rate. Good accurate tools made within a good time frame and most importantly very good people to deal with, who place a lot of pride in their work."
